Willie Litvack

Founder & General Partner

Willie is a 2x founder turned investor.

He co-founded and ran SquadUP, a ticketing and event management platform, for 10+ years before it was acquired by Private Equity in 2023. He also co-founded TrialTech Medical, a clinical trial recruitment platform that was acquired in 2020.

Willie developed investment expertise at Share Ventures, where he served as Principal after serving as a Venture Advisor to Teamworthy Ventures.

Willie has an M.B.A. from UCLA and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.

Sean Tolkin

Founder & General Partner

Sean is an executive operator and expert in travel and hospitality. He spent 15 years as a senior leader and shareholder of World Travel Holdings, #15 on Travel Weekly’s Powerlist of Largest Travel Companies (2023). Sean is responsible for launching and operating sub-brands including cruises.com, Priceline.com/cruises, and dream vacations.com , consistently growing overall annual EBITDA between 10-20%.

Sean has a Masters in Hospitality Administration from Cornell University Hotel School and an undergraduate degree from Duke University.
